Licensing and lending channel

Services are offered only where Straight Deal Mortgage and the assigned mortgage loan originator hold required authority. A transaction may be brokered to an independent third-party lender or handled through our own lending channel when eligible. See our Licensing & Disclosures page for additional information.

Third-party services

Links to the secure application portal, NMLS Consumer Access and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and security are controlled by their respective operators.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information or reproduce protected content without permission.

Communications

If you expressly consent to text communications, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Transactional communications may still be sent as permitted by law.

No referral requirement

Consumers are free to choose their mortgage lender, broker and other settlement-service providers. Straight Deal Mortgage does not require a real-estate professional or consumer to make a settlement-service referral as a condition of receiving general educational or partnership information.
