Brokerage and correspondent lending channels

Straight Deal Mortgage operates as a mortgage broker and non-delegated correspondent lender. Depending on the transaction, we may broker a loan to an independent third-party lender or close and fund an eligible correspondent loan in Straight Deal Mortgage's name. The creditor, funding source, compensation and required disclosures will be identified in the transaction documents. Correspondent lending is not available for every product, property or jurisdiction.
